C.M.P.No.14397 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.86292 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J The 1st respondent remained ex-parte even before the Tribunal and hence, notice is dispensed with. Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 35 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, at the time of admission.
