PRAYER in W.P.No.1757/2018: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass order for granting school code number to the petitioner school to enrol the students in the nominal for writing 11th and 12th Board Examination to be conducted by the 1st respondent in March/April 2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner School dated 21.01.2018 in light of the order granted in a
similarly placed school namely Elite Matriculation School situated in Erwardi Village, Ramanathapuram District by virtue of order of this Court in W.P.No.7788 of 2017 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
PRAYER in W.P.No.1758/2018: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass order for granting school code number to the petitioner school to enrol the students in the nominal for writing 11th and 12th Board Examination to be conducted by the 1st respondent in March/April 2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner School dated 20.01.2018 in light of the order granted in a similarly placed school namely Elite Matriculation School situated in Erwardi Village, Ramanathapuram District by virtue of order of this Court in W.P.No.7788 of 2017 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
PRAYER in W.P.No.2627/2018: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to process the application dated 09.12.2016 for upgradation of petitioner's Matriculation School to Higher Secondary School and consequently, directing the respondents to pass orders for granting school code number to the petitioner school to enrol the students in the nominal for writing 11th and 12th Board Examination to be conducted by the 1st respondent in March/April 2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner School dated 29.01.2018 in light of the order granted in a similarly placed school namely Elite Matriculation School situated in Erwardi Village, Ramanathapuram District by virtue of order of this Court in W.P.No.
30724 of 2017 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners produced before this Court the proceedings of the Director of Matriculation Schools, DPI Campus, College Road, dated 06.06.2018, in respect of the respective petitioners' Institution. In view of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in the Writ Petitions in relation to the representations of the petitioners, this Court is of the view that the Writ petitions
have become infructuous and hence, they are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
