ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 12.08.2021 seeking the scrapping of the said bio-waste management project in survey Nos.87/2, 87/10, 87/11, 87/12, 87/13, 87/14, 87/3, 87/7, 87/8, 87/9 at NGS Nagar situated at Nanjanapram Village, Kadhirampatti Panchayat, Erode Panchayat Union, which is an open space reserve land earmarked for a park in NGS Nagar.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has filed the counter affidavit dated 11.07.2023, wherein it is stated as follows: "9. I humbly submit that the area allocated for park area purpose in the layout approval has to be used for the said purpose only.
10. I humbly submit that this respondent will abide by the orders of this Hon'ble Court.
11. Therefore, I most humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the writ petition as devoid of merits and not in accordance with and thus render justice."
3. In view of the above counter affidavit filed by respondents 1 to 3, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. The writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
