Venugopal, Ekanapuram Village, ..Respondent(s) Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to give personal protection to the petitioners from the Respondents 4 to 8 on the basis of the 1st petitioners complaint dated 14-11-2025 and representation dated 08-01-2026 and 23-03-2026 and also complaint dated 2511-2025 and representation dated 05-05-2026 given by the petitioners son (Bhava Samathuvan) and consequently to take necessary criminal action by registering a case as against the Respondents 4 to 8 and accompanied rowdy elements and pass such further or other orders as this Honorable Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to give personal protection to the petitioners from the Respondents 4 to 8 on the basis of the 1st petitioner's complaint dated 14.11.2025 and representation dated 08.01.2026 and 23.03.2026 and also complaint dated 25-11-2025 and representation dated 05-05-2026 given by the petitioners son (Bhava Samathuvan) and consequently to take necessary criminal action by registering a case as against the Respondents 4 to 8.

2. Heard Mr. Mr. R.Thanjan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner complaint dated 14.11.2025 and 25.11.2025 and representation dated 08.01.2026 and 05.05.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner, Respondents 4 to 8 and counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
