3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application before the fourth respondent to issue separate patta for his property in S.No.250/1A2A, situated at Pattipulam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and also paid necessary charges for the same. In this regard, the petitioner has already filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.1848 of 2023. This Court, by an order dated 27.01.2023 directed to consider the representation. Pursuant to the said order, the fourth respondent has passed orders. While reclassification of land, there was a mistake crept in the UDR patta. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that so far as the UDR mistakes are concerned, the District Revenue Officer / second respondent is the competent authority. 3/6
