O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's Appeal dated 20.04.2019 preferred against the order of dismissal from Service passed by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.327/A/2019(2) dated 28.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3. It is seen that on 28.03.2019, the Petitioner was dismissed from service by the 2nd Respondent for production of false +2 certificate, against which, he has preferred an appeal before the 1st Respondent. According to the Petitioner, since the appeal has not yet been disposed of, a direction may be issued to the 1st Respondent to dispose of the same in a time bound manner.

4. In view of the limited scope of the relief sought for, the Appellate Authority, namely, the 1st Respondent herein is directed to decide the appeal dated 20.04.2019 filed by the Petitioner and pass necessary orders thereon, if not already heard and decided, after hearing the parties on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
