The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that out of the total claim of Rs.17,88,159/-, the petitioners had disbursed a sum of Rs.1,76,419/-, which was already recorded in the earlier order of this Court dated 14.07.2023. Today, it is represented that a sum of

Rs.12,84,000/- has been disbursed, as full and final settlement of the medical reimbursement.

2. Mr.P.Amirtharaj, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, also ratifies that the first respondent has received the entire medical benefits.

3. Recording the statements of the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the petitioners, as well as the learned counsel for the first respondent, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
