It is seen that, the petitioner has engaged Mr.B.Vasudevan and Mr.Udhaya Shankar as advocate and both the learned counsel have filed petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.21500 of 2016 and 21544 of 2016 respectively, for the same relief.
