Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th Respondent herein to conduct the enquiry as per the Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.278/2019/A dated 09.01.2020 in accordance with law in a time bound manner and consequently direct to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner based on the documents submitted by her for the property comprised in Grama Natham Survey No. 13/4, Ward No.F, Block No.20, Town Survey No.7 situated at No.23, Bungow Malai Street, Hasthinapuram Village, Nehru Nagar, Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the representation submitted by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner has sought for the issuance of patta under his name with regard to the subject property.
2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry on 08.01.2021 at 11.30 A.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the 4th respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
