3. It is informed that by oversight the learned counsel for the petitioners has failed to request for refund of the Court Fee.

4. Considering the same, Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee after due adjustments, in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955.

5. All other observations in the earlier order dated 10.08.2023 shall remain unaltered.
