It is pointed out by the learned counsel for petitioners that, in the second line of Para No.2 of the order, dated 05.05.2017, passed in the above Writ Petitions, typographical error occurred, i.e., instead of mentioning the nature of employment as "Section Writer'', it has been wrongly mentioned as "Casual Labourer". Hence, the learned counsel submitted that the said errors may be rectified.

In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to substitute the word "Section Writer'', in the place of "Casual Labourer", in the second line of Paragraph No.2 of the order, dated 05.05.2017, passed in the above Writ Petitions, and after carrying out the corrections, as stated above, issue a amended copies of the order within a week's time.

W.P.Nos.22433 & 22590 of 2013 These matters are listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for petitioners that, in the second line of Para No.2 of the orders, dated 05.05.2017, passed in the above Writ Petitions, typographical errors occurred, i.e., instead of mentioning the nature of employment as "Section Writer'', it has been wrongly mentioned as "Casual Labourer". Similarly, in the very same para, Office, where, the petitioners were appointed has been wrongly mentioned as Regional Deputy Director of Government Examinations, College Road, Chennai, instead it should be mentioned as 'Director of Government Examinations, College Road, Chennai. Hence, the learned counsel submitted that the said errors may be rectified.

In view of the above submissions, Registry is directed to

substitute the words "Section Writer'', in the place of " Casual Labourer", and delete the words " Regional Deputy'' in the second line of Paragraph No.2 of the orders, dated 05.05.2017, passed in the above Writ Petitions, and after carrying out the corrections, as stated above, issue a amended copies of the order within a week's time.
