This petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.58 of 2012 on the file of Second Respondent herein to Inspector of Police, CBCID, Perambalur.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint was enquired and the action was dropped in the year 2012 itself.
