Mr.A.S.Thambusamy, learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent on instructions submits that a special meeting of Municipal Council is convened on 24.07.2023 at 04.00 p.m, to consider the request made by the petitioner. The said statement of the learned counsel for the 4th respondent is recorded. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
