ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "RAINBOW SALOOR & FAMILY SPA" Shop Nos.8, 9, 10, Asharmill Labour Colony, Mariyamman Kovil Street, Tiruppur North, Tiruppur District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner has given the representation without necessary documents for considering the request. If the petitioner submits all the documents to grant permission, the same will be considered as per the Standard Operating Procedure issued by the Commissioner of Police. -2-

3. Recording the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
