O R D E R

Despite the transfer civil miscellaneous petition being posted today for orders, there is no representation on the side of the respondent/husband. The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of the proceedings in IDOP. No.128 of 2025 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. 1/4

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner/wife states that she resides at Coimbatore within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Coimbatore and she unable to attend the proceedings before the Family Court, Trichy finding inconvenience in view of the distance and also for lack of physical support for attending the proceedings at Family Court, Trichy. The petitioner has also stated that she is depending on her aged parents, who are not in a position to accompany the petitioner to attend the proceedings before the Family Court, Trichy. Further, the petitioner has also initiated a domestic violence complaint in DVC No.6 of 2025 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.

6. In view the above, finding the request reasonable and just. I am inclined to withdraw the I.D.O.P. No.128 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli and transfer it to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore.

7. With the above directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
