The matter was heard through "Video Conference".

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2020. 3.Heard Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Today when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions would submit that in respect of the complaint dated 12.10.2020 given by the petitioner, the respondent police initiated an enquiry in CSR No.476/2020 and the same is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the file of the respondent police.

5. Considering the same, this Court direct the respondent police to complete the said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the abovesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
