This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 555 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Mr.R.Sreenidhya, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents no.3 and raised objections in allowing this petition. 4.The petitioner would aver as follows:- "The following tragic demise of my son, my family went into a state of severe trauma... I had to prioritize the essential financial obligations of supporting my family. During this challenging period, my primary focus was on managing family affairs and ensuring financial stability of my household..."

5. The reasons for the delay appears to be reasonable and acceptable. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the delay of 555 days is condoned on condition to waive the interest for the delay period.
