This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.09.2020 and investigate the same at the earliest point of time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.7 of 2021 has been registered on 19.10.2021 for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offences under Sections 420 & 471 IPC. He further submitted that since the petitioner viz., State Bank of India, the Public Sector Bank is involved, it should be transferred to the District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri.
