Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings in the Na.K.1279/A.1/2015, dated 16/10/2015 which confirms the order of the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.Mu.Mu.223/2014/A5, dated 30/01/23015 (IN WMP.N O.24627 OF 2019) pending disposal of this main Writ Petition NO. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of PRABHAKARAN T.S.N., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.VENKATESH, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the 1 TO 3 Respondents the court made the following order:-
Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate takes notice for the First to Third Respondents and seeks time to get instructions. 2.Notice to the Fourth and Fifth Respondents returnable by 04.11.2019. Private notice is also permitted. 3.
Having regard to the contentions of the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner had entrusted his earnings to the Fourth and Fifth Respondents, which have not been accounted by them properly, there shall be an order of interim stay of the impugned orders, till further orders, on the following conditions:- (i) that the Petitioner shall remit a sum of Rs.10,000/- every month in an interest fetching Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank in Chennai City in the name of Registrar General of this Court on or before 10th day of the following month commencing from September 2019 initially for a period of one year and renewable automatically;
(ii) that the Petitioner shall remit the accumulated arrears in terms of the impugned orders till August 2019 in an interest fetching Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank in Chennai City in the name of the Registrar-General of this Court on or before 30.09.2019, for a period of one year and renewable automatically; and (iii) the receipts of the fixed deposit shall be handed over to the Registrar General of this Court for safe custody within five days from the date of obtaining the same from the Bank concerned under written acknowledgment.

The Respondents shall file Counter Affidavits before the next hearing.
Post the matter on 04.11.2019.
