ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.09.2021 made by the petitioner and not to harass the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted on the complaint lodged by the counter party, the third respondent registered FIR in Crime No.249 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in which the petitioner is the daughter of the main accused.
