O R D E R
The petitioner, who has filed a Civil Suit in O.S.No.12 of 2018 on the file of the *II Additional District Court, Erode seeking a decree for separate possession and permanent injunction, has filed this Writ Petition seeking for for Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent not to effect electricity connection in S.F.Nos.290/3 and 290/4 at Perundurai Village, Erode District without considering his objections and the reminder representation dated 03.07.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move before the appropriate Civil Forum and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As the petitioner's Civil Suit is ceased of by the *II Additional District Court, Erode, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy, if so advised. The dismissal of the Writ Petition shall not be construed as an order passed against the petitioner. No costs.
