Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The petitioner in person would submit that he was holding the post of Development Officer in the Life Insurance Corporation of India and his monetary benefits, pension and gratuity allotment amounts due to him has not been settled. Thus he made several representations to the Authorities, for which there are no response. Thus the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. It is needless to state that the grievance raised by an employee is to be addressed by the Life Insurance Corporation of India administration. The petitioner states that he served as Development Officer and the monetary benefits, pension and gratuity allotment due to him has not been paid.

3. Thus, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner regrading settlement of monetary benefits, pension and gratuity allotment in accordance with law and take a decision and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
