The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider her representation dated 09.11.2020, requesting to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as compensation for violating her human dignity. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today (02.07.2021), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the compensation amount had already been remitted in the Bank Account of the petitioner and therefore, no further adjudication is required in this matter.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
