This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.1029 of 2019 and to file a final report within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.

3. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that though the third respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 09.11.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents may be permitted to file final report within a period of two months.

5. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of 2/4

two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
