(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Since we are dealing with the issue of security of immovable property, which is stated to be the subject matter of O.S.A.No.231 of 2016 and that too only by the first and second respondents, that being the only relief pressed by the learned counsel for the appellants which will be dealt with in the said appeal, the present appeal and connected miscellaneous petition are disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
