2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police after completion of investigation in Crime No.10 of 2020, filed the final report in C.C.No.2196 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
