These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 352 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement on account of demise of 1st respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement in respect of demise of 1st respondent and (iii) to bring on record the 2nd and 3rd respondents as legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the matter on 18.01.2024.
