This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the said revision against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District in Crl.M.P.No.248 of 2025, dated 26.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 9 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
