Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the First Respondent.

Since the Second and Third Respondents would not be prejudiced by the order to be passed, notice to the Second and Third Respondents is dispensed with.

Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the appeal filed by the Petitioner has been taken up for hearing on 17.07.2019 and adjourned to 04.09.2019 as the Second and Third Respondents have not appeared before the First Respondent. 4.

The First Respondent shall ensure that notice is issued in advance to all parties concerned and there is atleast one effective hearing every week conducted for speedy progress of the matter. The Petitioner and other parties shall co-operate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the earlier disposal of the same. It is needless to add here that after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the First Respondent shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 10.12.2019. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
