ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10596 of 2026 dated on 27.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10596 of 2026 dated on 27.04.2026 is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e. on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
