This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection on the basis of the complaint dated 02.06.2023 in C.No.1145/cop-Avadi/Visitors/2023 pending on the file of second respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the first respondent has opened C.No.1145/2023 and thereafter, it has been forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner, Redhills. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the complaint will be enquired and necessary action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
