ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to conduct survey and fix the boundary stones in respect of the petitioner property comprised Patta No.777, S.F.No.264/3 of totally 1 acres 43 cents situated at 1/4

Vandavalli Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 16.03.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, subject to payment of requisite fees. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date 2/4

of receipt of copy of this order.
