Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, the learned Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in I.A.No.4 of 2020 in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.1301 of 2019, on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
