O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.81 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 60 liters of Pondicherry liquor. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he was in no way connected with the alleged offence. He would further submit that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police that the petitioner was found in possession of 110 liters of ID arrack and there are 4 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
