The impugned order in this writ appeal is dated 17.04.2025 made in W.P.No.29397 of 2024. By the said impugned order, the Writ Court directed the Registry to tag the said writ petition along with W.P.No.17605 of 2020.

2. In this context, it is the grievance of the present appellant, who was the writ petitioner in the said writ petition as stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that, there is no connection with the said writ petition, with which the learned Judge through the impugned order has directed to tag the present writ petition for a combined hearing.

3. If that is the only grievance of the appellant / writ petitioner, we deem it appropriate to set aside the order impugned and give a direction to the Registry to list the present writ petition ie., W.P.No.29397 of 2024 before the appropriate Bench / Writ Court for separate hearing and orders.

4. Accordingly, this writ appeal is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order insofar as the tagging of the writ petition in W.P.No.29397 of 2024 along with W.P.No.17605 of 2020 and as a sequel, there shall be a direction to the Registry to separate the said writ petition viz., W.P.No.29397 of 2024 and post it for hearing

before the appropriate Bench / Writ Court. With the above direction, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs.
