ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi to dispose the CMA No.3 of 2022 O.S.No.33 of 2021 & I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.33 of 2021 in a time bound manner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties submitted that CMA No.3 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pollachi is posted for argument tomorrow, i.e., on 12.03.2024.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
