Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to search and produce the petitioner's son namely Kesavan S.o Murthy aged about 24 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent for the production of her missing son before this court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The detenu is stated to be missing form 2011 onwards. It appears that earlier the petitioner's husband had filed a petition in HCP No.2792 of 2014 and the same was disposed on 28.01.2015.

4. In view of the above, we are not inclined to keep the writ petition pending any longer. We, however, make it clear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that investigation shall go on and as soon as the detenu is traced, he should be produced before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate.

5. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed with the above directions.
