The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and Section 302 of IPC in crime No.279 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there are totally two accused and the petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A2. It is alleged that, due to civil dispute between the petitioner's family and the defacto complainant, the petitioners had attacked the defacto complainant and family members with deadly weapon, due to which, defacto complainant's wife and his son were died. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are inncoent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. It is seen that, it is a case of double murder, in which the petitioners had murdered the defacto complainant's wife and son. Since, the petitioners had committed very serious and heinous offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
