The petitioner seeks to condone the delay of 412 days in representing the papers.
2.Upon being satisfied with the reasons in the affidavit, this Court finds it is a fit case and it is appropriate to allow the prayer to condone the delay with condition to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, Parry's Corner, George Town, Chennai. Accordingly, the delay of 412 days in representation is condoned with the condition to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as costs.
