ORDER

The petition has been filed to transfer the case in CC.No.170 of 2014 from the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur to any other District.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that entire prosecution witnesses have been completed and the case is posted for trial. 3.

At this juncture, the transfer of CC would not serve any purpose since the entire allegations are as against the judicial officer. That apart, the judicial officer also now transferred to other place and new judicial officer has taken charge. Therefore, this petition is is devoid of merits. 4.
