O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation made on 26.11.2012, for the post of Rural Librarian.

2. The name of the petitioner is sponsored by the Special Employment Exchange, for the post of Rural Librarian. The petitioner appeared for the interview conducted by the 2nd respondent. But, she did not receive the appointment order. Hence, she made a representation on 26.11.2012 to find out the

position of appointment. But, there was no response. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, would submit that the 2nd respondent has filed a counter, wherein, he has clearly averred that though, the petitioner participated in the interview, she has not been successfully selected for the post of Village Librarian. In the counter, the 2nd respondent has further averred that in a similar case filed by one N.Padma, who was unsuccessful candidate in the interview held for the post of Village Librarian, filed W.P.No.24373 of 2012 before this Court. This Court, by order, dated 01.03.2013, has held as follows:- "In the light of the stand taken by the respondents, no relief can be given to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed..."

4. Taking into consideration the stand taken by the 2nd respondent in the counter that though, the petitioner participated in the interview, she has not been successfully selected for the post of Village Librarian and also in the light of the orders passed by this Court in similar case in W.P.No.24373 of 2012, dated 01.03.2013, no relief can be given to the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
