The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ petition for the reason that the petitioner had died on 16.07.2018 with liberty to the successors of the deceased/petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the impugned order dated 09.11.2016, in accordance with law. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the successors of the deceased/petitioner to challenge the impugned order, in accordance with law. No costs.
