This petition has been filed by the writ petitioner to amend the name of the fourth respondent as "Dental Council of India", instead of "National Dental Commission", wherever it occurs.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent have no objection to allow the present petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petition.
