This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.698 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.315 of 2019 and charge sheet also filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.86 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
