2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No. 15 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Neyveli.

3. It is seen from the records that the evidence is completed and there is a direction of this Court as early as on 04.01.2019 to dispose of HMOP within a specified time.

4. May be the time line fixed by this Court was not followed in view of the pandemic lock down enforced and also the evidence of the parties is almost over, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Court, Neyveli, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 15 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
