Plaintiffs are the petitioners/appellants. Aggrieved over the judgment and decree rendered by the trial Court, the present appeal has been filed, in which, the present petition for injunction has been filed interalia alleging that the respondents are alienating the suit property. In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, the following statement has been made: 12.I submit that I am not having any intention of alienating the suit scheduled property and I am very much in possession of the same, therefore, the petitioners/plaintiffs are not entitled for the relief of injunction.
2.The above said statement stands recorded and the present petition stands disposed of.
