The petitioners who are the accused in this case have come up with this petition seeking to quash the case in P.R.C.No.15/2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the case in P.R.C.No.15/2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali was committed to the Court of Sessions, Nagapattinam in S.C.No.93/2011.
4.In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
