ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i), 323, 341 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohib ition of Woman Harassment Act in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, due to which, the accused persons developed a wordy quarrel and also attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the aforesaid offences are bailable offence in nature, hence, anticipatory bail does not arise. He further submits that Crime Number assigned in this case as Cr.No.343 of 2021.

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate that the offences are bailable in nature. Hence, anticipatory bail does not arise. However, liberty is granted to these petitioners to file a petition before the appropriate forum and work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above observations and directions.
