C.M.P.No.17124 of 2018 in A.S.Nos.637 & 638 of 2018 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.

In respect of the said petition filed in C.M.P.No.17124 of 2018 is concerned, this Court has not granted stay at the time of admission or in the appeal suit, which is pending for the past four years. Thus, this Court is not inclined to grant any stay at this length of time.

However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents are insisting the Execution Court to pass orders and if at all any orders are passed in the execution proceedings, the same would be subject to the result of the appeal suits, which are already pending before this Court.

The C.M.P stands disposed of.

Post the appeal suits for final hearing after two weeks.
