This petition has been filed to substitute the present petitioners 11 to 13 who are the legal heirs of the fifth petitioner Venugopal, who is no more.

2. Heard Mr.M.Manohan for Mr.D.Rajaskear, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and since the petitioners 11 to 13 being the legal heirs of the fifth petitioner has moved this petition for substitution, this Court feels that, this petition can be ordered, accordingly, it is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the main Writ Petition after two weeks.
